Some items have been set up so that they require a shipping quote.  Please fill out the appropriate form on the product's page and we will respond within 24-48 hours with a freight quote.  

What we ship is by best carrier, some products prepaid and others not, due to our large variances in product lines, physical sizes and weight.

At checkout you will be prompted for shipping alternatives dependent on these parameters. Products which fit standardized packaging may also have calculated shipping costs by weight and volume on our website.

In all cases our staff audits for the best shipping cost and if necessary will contact our customer with recommendations.

Freight/Palleted items that are not accepted by the recipient or are sent back to us due to undeliverable address may be refunded, but the return shipping fees will be deducted from the overall amount of refund.

All returned items are subject to a 10% handling fee.

  • Meets requirements of SAE 20R4, class D2 and DIN 73411, class A (except for tolerances)
  • Temperature Range: -40 Degree Fahrenheit to +257 Degree Fahrenheit (-40 Degree Celsius to +125 Degree Celsius)
  • Note: Gates recommends replacing hose clamps each time a new coolant hose is installed
  • Caution: Do not use for fuel or oil transfer applications.

 

Gates Small I.D. Molded Coolant Hose is factory-molded, OEM style hose to fit today's smaller, tighter-fitting engine compartments. Can be used for coolant, water and air applications. Approved for marine applications. Similar to OEM specifications. Has all the quality features of Gates Molded Coolant Hose. Engineered to resist electrochemical degradation - the leading cause of hose failure. Meets SAE 20R3 type EC Class D-1 and D-2 specifications. Temperature rating: -40 degree F to 275 degree F (-40 degree C to 135 degree C) in coolant hose applications.
Gates' Small I.D. Molded Coolant Hose is specifically designed to fit modern, compact engine compartments. This OEM style hose is suitable for use with coolant, water, and air. It meets marine application requirements and conforms to OEM specifications, boasting all the same quality features as other Gates Molded Coolant Hoses. This hose is engineered to resist the leading cause of hose failure - electrochemical degradation. It also meets SAE 20R3 type EC Class D-1 and D-2 specifications, and can withstand temperatures ranging from -40°F to 275°F (-40°C to 135°C) in coolant hose applications.
