Its unique design combines air and head settings into one adjustment and allows for easy zero positioning without removing the burner. With a standard sound cover and high-quality components, it offers quiet operation and high static pressure for efficient direct venting applications in tough situations.

Features

The Beckett, NX burner, ICP1501, for 098 Series Furnaces incorporates standard components such as a PSC motor, CleanCut pump, Beckett igniter, GeniSys control, cad cell, blower wheel, and coupling, which are also used in the popular Beckett AFG model. Enhanced reliability is achieved by positioning the air intake above the pump, reducing the risk of lint accumulation from the floor.

Testing has demonstrated the capabilities of NX technology to enable clean combustion across a broader range of air adjustments compared to conventional burners. Utilizing precise flow zones in the air tube, the NX ensures optimal fuel/air mixing and flame retention, resulting in reduced excess air and improved heat transfer efficiency. The air guide and scroll insert, both patented features, provide 4 inches of static pressure, which is crucial for maintaining clean operation in modern appliances. This allows for smooth light-offs even in situations with restriction.
