Some items have been set up so that they require a shipping quote.  Please fill out the appropriate form on the product's page and we will respond within 24-48 hours with a freight quote.  

What we ship is by best carrier, some products prepaid and others not, due to our large variances in product lines, physical sizes and weight.

At checkout you will be prompted for shipping alternatives dependent on these parameters. Products which fit standardized packaging may also have calculated shipping costs by weight and volume on our website.

In all cases our staff audits for the best shipping cost and if necessary will contact our customer with recommendations.

Freight/Palleted items that are not accepted by the recipient or are sent back to us due to undeliverable address may be refunded, but the return shipping fees will be deducted from the overall amount of refund.

All returned items are subject to a 10% handling fee.

Its quick response and compact design make it an ideal choice for any of these spaces.
 
QMark CWH1000 Fan-Forced Wall Heater Series Features:
- Contemporary, commercial-grade steel grille, designed to provide comfort through optimized airflow.
- Power on/off switch for added safety during maintenance.
- Manual reset thermal overheat protector disconnects power in the event of accidental blockage.
- Automatic fan delay eliminates cold drafts on start-up and discharges residual heat from the heater body during shut down.
- Integral thermostat allows for easy adjustment of room temperature to maintain desired comfort level.
- All units have a permanently lubricated fan motor, which creates long life and low maintenance, and gently distributes warmth throughout the area.
- The heating element consists of heavy duty steel fins brazed to steel sheathed tubular elements in a grid pattern that covers the entire discharge area.
- Designed for easy installation. Heater is mounted prior to wiring. Both hands are free to make field connections in roomy compartment.
- Tamper-proof plug for thermostat hole.

ARCHITECT’S AND ENGINEER’S SPECIFICATIONS
The heating equipment shall include an electric automatic fan forced air heater suitable for small area heating, as manufactured by QMark®, a Marley Engineered Products® Brand, Bennettsville, SC. The heater shall be designed for wall mounting, recess or surface. Heaters shall be cETLus listed.

BACK BOX: The back box shall be designed as a recessed rough-in box in either masonry or frame installations and is also used when surface mounting frames are used in surface mounting installations. The back box shall be heavy gauge galvanized steel and shall contain knockouts through which power leads enter.

INNER FRAME ASSEMBLY: The heater assembly, which fits into the back box, shall consist of a heavy gauge steel fan panel to which all of the operational parts of the heater are mounted. The inner frame assembly shall be completely prewired.

HEATING ELEMENT: The heating element shall be of the non-glowing design consisting of an 80/20 nickel-chromium resistance wire enclosed in a steel sheath to which plate fins are copper brazed. The element shall cover the entire air discharge area to ensure uniform heating of all discharged air. It shall be warrantied for 5 years.

ON/OFF SWITCH: A double-pole, single throw on/off switch shall be mounted on the back box for positive disconnect of power supply. It will be completely concealed behind the front cover.

MOTOR AND CONTROLS: The fan motor shall be impedance protected, permanently lubricated. Fan control shall be of the bi-metallic, snap-action type and shall activate fan after heating element reaches operating temperature, and continue to operate the fan after the thermostat is satisfied and until all heated air has been discharged. The thermostat shall be single-pole type on all models. Thermal cutout shall be selfhold (manual-reset) type designed to shut off heat in the event of overheating. The fan shall be four-bladed aluminum. A backup (End of Life) thermal fuse shall be provided for additional safety.

SURFACE MOUNTING FRAME: The surface mounting frame shall be of heavy gauge steel designed to mount around the back box for a finished surface installation. Slot knock outs shall be provided for power supply conduit.
