Product Description:

The Monterey Plus furnace is a top-vented wall unit that operates without electricity. It features a matchless pilot igniter and automatic temperature and safety controls. The furnace comes with a wall-mountable thermostat and can be installed on both interior and exterior walls. It can be recessed between 16" studs or surface mounted, with venting through the roof to the outside (venting material not included).
Affordable and energy-efficient, the Monterey Plus+ Home Furnaces are a traditional home comfort system that delivers both quality performance and low operating costs. Recessed or surface-mounted installation. 25,000, 35,000 and 50,000 Btu/hr. sizes.
